Terms and Conditions
1. About Us
Momentum is the consumer-facing brand owned by Inovacril – Acrylic Concept, Lda, headquartered at Rua Principal à EN 9.2, Pero Negro, 2590-425 Sobral de Monte Agraço, Portugal. Tax ID 502590289, Commercial Registry no. 315.

2. Use of the Online Store
Use of themomentum.pt implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy. The customer undertakes to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information during registration and purchase.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All site content (text, images, logos, graphics, software) is owned by Inovacril or licensed for use within this business. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Customer-Uploaded Content
The customer guarantees that they hold the copyright and image rights over the photographs they upload, or have express authorisation from the rights holders. By uploading an image, the customer authorises its technical processing for production of the ordered piece.
Momentum reserves the right to refuse orders containing illegal, offensive, pornographic, violent, defamatory content or that manifestly infringes third-party rights.
5. Orders and Payments
An order is considered final upon payment confirmation. Momentum reserves the right to reject or cancel any order before production begins, fully refunding the customer.
6. Product Prices and Specifications
All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the legally applicable rate. Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable to the order is the one shown at the moment of order confirmation.
7. Product Personalisation
All Momentum pieces are made to measure with the photograph submitted by the customer. The 3D preview shown in the configurator is a digital simulation — the final product may show minor variations in colour, contrast, texture and gloss resulting from UV printing on acrylic.
Order confirmation by the customer implies acceptance of the simulated result and possible variations inherent to the production process.
8. Cancellations
Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, article 17(c) of the same diploma excludes from this right goods made to consumer specifications or manifestly personalised.
Since all Momentum products are personalised from the customer's photograph and configuration, this exception applies in full and there is no right to cancel after order confirmation, except in case of defect.
9. Delivery Times and Conditions
We deliver to mainland Portugal, Spain and the remaining European Union countries. Shipping costs are calculated and presented at checkout before order confirmation. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer through our partner carriers.
10. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, MB WAY, Multibanco Reference, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed in a secure environment by Stripe. Momentum never has access to nor stores complete credit card data.
11. Billing and Delivery Address
The billing and delivery addresses may be different. Once production has started, no shipping details can be changed.
12. Preview and Final Product
The 3D configurator presents a digital simulation of the piece. Variations in colour and gloss may occur between the customer's screen and the printed acrylic, since each device has a different calibration. The quality of the final product depends directly on the resolution and quality of the uploaded photograph.
13. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
Under EU Directives 2019/771 and 2019/770, as well as Decree-Law no. 84/2021, the consumer benefits from the legal guarantees applicable to consumer goods.
In case of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, under EU Regulation 524/2013.
14. Customer Account
Account registration is optional. It allows you to consult order history, production and shipping statuses, and manage addresses and personal data.

Return Policy
Quality Commitment
All pieces are produced at our factory in Sobral de Monte Agraço. Each piece is made exclusively for the customer, following their specific configuration.
Warranty
3-year warranty against production defects. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the piece, at Momentum's choice.
Right to Cancel
We reiterate that, under article 17(c) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products — which includes all Momentum pieces.
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges and refunds are accepted exclusively in cases of manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the delivered product.
Article Returns
If the piece arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact support@themomentum.pt within 14 days of receipt, with photographs of the packaging and the piece.
Return Conditions
- Deadline: 14 days after receipt;
- Product in original condition, with packaging and protections;
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defect.
Refund Conditions
The refund is processed within 30 working days of receipt and verification of the returned piece, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Product Care
- Regular cleaning with a dust feather duster or soft cloth.
- Never use abrasive products, solvents or alcohol.
- For persistent dirt, use warm water with neutral soap and a soft flannel.
- Do not use sponges, scourers or rough cloths — they scratch the acrylic.
- Occasional polishing with a soft flannel to maintain shine.
