What is the delivery time?

Orders are produced and delivered within 5 working days in mainland Portugal. For Spain, expect a few extra working days.

Can I return a personalised piece?

Personalised pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 17, DL 24/2014). We only accept returns in case of manufacturing defect or transport damage. See Shipping and Returns.

How does the photo upload work?

You can upload a photograph directly in the configurator. We recommend a minimum resolution of 2000×2000px for the best print quality.
